About Our ChurchOur Goal is to help each other become more like Jesus. We endeavour to support, encourage and guide each other to be the people God intended us to be.
Our Church is 3000 plus in size. This was the result of a major evangelistic event that God ordained one day and saw us go from 150 to 3000. Our congregation is made up from a wide variety of nationalities and backgrounds.
We are active within our community seeking to show the love of God in both word and action. We seek to transform our community with the love and life of God.
We meet together daily in temple courts for our outreach and in homes for our fellowship. We are a group eager to learn new things and be faithful to the God who has saved us.
Our Services are great opportunities to engage in meaningful worship, teaching, creative prayer, equipping, and releasing. We get together to be resourced by the Spirit so that we can live out our faith in all walks of life and be effective in sharing the stories of God’s grace to the world around us. We seek to strengthen our faith and build community through fellowship. All of this combines to encourage us to be fruitful followers of Jesus.
We want every single person who attends a service to be relaxed and at ease. Hence, when you arrive you will be met by someone from our welcoming team. It’s important for us to know that you are comfortable when you arrive so you can feel at home in our relaxed friendly atmosphere, enjoy the service and know Gods presence!
We hope you enjoy it and look forward to seeing you more often!
Our Beliefs & Values
If you would like to talk to a member of the leadership team regarding any of these articles of faith, then please ask and they will be more than happy to meet with you. These articles fall in line with the Evangelical Alliance doctrinal statement. As a movement we are members of the Evangelical Alliance and as a local congregation we hold individual membership.
We believe the Bible, as originally given, to be without error. We believe it to be the fully inspired and faultless Word of God and regard it to be the supreme and final authority on all matters of faith and conduct.
We believe that the God exists co-equally and co-eternally in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit – and that these three are one God, sovereign in creation, providence and redemption.
We believe in the true and proper deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His real and complete humanity, in His sinless life, in His authoritative teaching, in His substitutionary and atoning sacrifice through His blood shed, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His heavenly intercession and His second advent to receive His Church.
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit who proceeds from the Father and the Son and the necessity of His work in conviction of sin, repentance, regeneration and sanctification, and that the believer is also promised an enduement of power as the gift of Christ through the baptism in the Holy Spirit with signs following. Through this enduement the believer is empowered for fuller participation in the ministry of the Church, its worship, evangelism and service.
We believe in the necessity for salvation of repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ by which the sinner is pardoned and accepted as righteous in God’s sight. This justification is imputed by the grace of God because of the atoning work of Christ, is received by faith alone and is evidenced by the Fruit of the Spirit and a holy life.
We believe in the spiritual unity and the priesthood of all believers in Christ and that these comprise the universal Church, the Body of Christ. We believe in the ministries that Christ has set in His Church, namely, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers and in the present operation of the manifold Gifts of the Holy Spirit according to the New Testament.
“Welcome to our Church. We realise that the world is full of different people and strive to cater and make space for all to connect with God and each other; from babies to teenagers, men and women, married couples to single parents, young adults to senior citizens, from the youngest to the oldest! Our desire is that people will come to faith in Jesus Christ, grow in discipleship and be released into effective ministry belonging to a dynamic and welcoming community of Jesus followers.”

Who We Are
Our Team & Leadership
St Paul talk about the Church being like a human body made up of many parts. Each part is described as being essential for this body to function both healthily and effectively. Hence everyone has something of value and importance to contribute for the benefit of everyone else. We therefore have developed a leadership team that models this with several people having been recognised as possessing special skills for leading the church.
Our Pastor: Peter (the Rock)
Peter was called into full-time ministry at a young age. He encountered Jesus and left his family business in order to follow God and spread the news about Jesus far and wide. By his own admission he has made some mistakes along the way but believes that these were great learning experiences for him. Peter has a heart for evangelism and once saw 3000 people give their lives to god through one sermon..
